Question Need help with my new min pin puppy!!!

Hello, everyone! My husband and I just purchased a min pin from the local pet store on Friday...things were going too good! "Ringo" was going outside everytime I took him out! It was great! I gave him soo much praise and thought this is going too easy, and then it started. Saturday he peed in the house...a few times. The first time I don't know when it happened, it slipped under the radar so I didn't scold him or even make a big deal of it, I just cleaned it up. The next time, I caught him in the act stated NO, scooped him up and out the door we went. It took him a while, but he did end up toileting outside. The next time, the same thing, I stated NO, scooped him up, outside we went and we were there for like 20 minutes. Nothing. I bring him inside to not only have him pee indoors but to poop as well. He is now not only peeing indoors but pooping as well. It is now Tuesday, early morning hours and the number of accidents indoors is increasing. How do I get back on track with him?! I do not want him to be going indoors at all, but how do I correct this? I have been doing treats once we get in the house and he has toileted outside for me.

When I take him out, I put on his lease and get all excited and say, Let's go potty, Ringo! Once outside, I encourage him to potty and once he does, I am saying, Good boy, Ringo, Good boy! And I usually rub him down.
