What can I expect of potty training?
Greetings!
My family is almost ready to get a puppy - our first dog. We have researched breeds and breeders, etc.
My biggest fear is the potty training. The puppy we are looking at is 10 weeks old. Will I have to get up in the middle of the night to let this young dog out to pee? How will I know this if his crate is on the first floor and my bedroom is upstairs? How long can I let the puppy go in between pee breaks? And about how long until the puppy is trained?
Any other advice is very welcome! Thanks!
