Thumbs up Dog Training Tips.

Here are some key points to remember when attempting to train your dog:

Be consistent:
Repetition is vital to a dogs growth.

Be assertive:
Your dog should respond quicker and more accurately when you maintain an assertive approach. The less assertive you are the more your dog will try to take advantage of you.

Your dog is not an equal:
In order to get good results out of your training your dog needs to understand that you are boss and the leader of the pack.

Do not reward unwanted behavior with attention:
When your dog is jumping on you and displaying behavior that is not wanted you need to remember grabbing him and hugging him and receiving kisses at this point is a recipe for bad behavior. Your dog needs to learn that you love him regardless of if he jumps on you and you can accomplish this with rewarding him by being patient and obedient.

Great tips! Thanks for posting...

Dog agility training is really a great way to make your dog vigorous and alert. This fun-filled activity with the aid of proper dog agility equipment even sharpens his mind and teaches him to make his own strategy on how to finish the course efficiently.
