Default devil pup

I have two toy poodles Max(8), Alley(4) and a 4 month old doberman pup. The toy poodles weigh 8lbs each, soaking wet. Nala weighs 40 or so lbs and is gaining more every day. So my problem is that Nala won't leave them alone. She paws them and knocks them rolling, chew their ears and neck, they bite her trying to give her a "puppy spanking" and it has no affect. They are too small to teach her a lesson. She just acts like she desperately wants to play. They hide from her and growl and bite at her, I spend my entire night separating them. I have given her one million "NO's" I finally started shaking a can with pennies at her when she plays to rough with them. But the second I turn around she is right back at it. It's gotten to the point where I close the bedroom door with the poodles in there to give them some peace. They are kept apart in their crates when I'm working. It is seriously annoying. Will she grow out of this? Help! I can practically hear them yelling "MOM, TELL HER TO QUIT TOUCHING ME!"

The fact is puppies like to play and they like to play rough. Has your pup actually hurt the others? If not I would watch their play and just see if the pup gradually learns it lesson not to be to rough.
Another alternative is to get down and play yourself and tire out the pupster a bit so it is a little more settled. Lots of exercise and play and you will definitely have a better behaved puppy. Our 15kg puppy has no problems being jumped on by our bigger 37kg dog. They can take a lot of rough play.

She hasn't hurt them, they just act like babies about it. Very vocal and crabby. They are actually sulking a lot as if they are furious at me for daring to bring another dog in their house.
