My 3 month old shih tzu/lhasa apso female learned fairly quickly to go poddy on the puppy pad but she keeps pooping next to the pad, not on it. Any ideas? We tried outside but she won't even urinate outside she just comes inside and goes. We don't mind because she is more of an indoor pup but it is much easier to clean if she would just use the pad for poop too!
