Up to use bathroom twice a night

My wife and I have a 1.5 year old Frenchie. He is housebroken and is very good about letting us know when he needs to go outside. He has no issue holding himself for 6-8 hour stretches during the day, but has changed his behavior at night. He sleeps in our bed and over the last 4 months he has gotten into jumping off the bed to go outside once or even twice a night. This is making it hard to sleep.

Any suggestions on training tips to help him sleep through the night?
