My favorite is the high-five.
It's the easiest to teach and all my dogs get it right within a few days!

One of my Jack Russells can either catch the tennis ball in his mouth or "Play Catch" which means hit the tennis ball back with his teeth/mouth.
I never thought him this trick.... He kind of taught me.

Ace is actually pretty good at catching Frisbee but he hates bring them back... He thinks a Frisbee is a raw hide.

I taught my wife's chihuahua to do a cute belly crawl trick. I say "Get down Mickey" and he lays flat on his belly and uses his front paws to crawl to me. Its so cute. He also sleeps in the weirdest positions too.

I used to have a dog that would pick things up off the floor on command and give them to me. I didn't really think it would come in handy since she was a very small dog and I would have to bend down to get it from her, but one day as I was sitting watching tv. I wanted to take a look at the tv guide but it lying on the floor out of my reach. So I called my dog, pointed to the guide and told her to "pick it up". She did and dragged it over to me. I didn't even have to get out of the chair, lol.
The dog I have now only knows the basic stuff.

My favorite trick that we taught our Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix is "boing" We noticed that he was quite the jumper when we adopted him, so we decided to teach him to do it on command . . . it's very cute.
