My dog is about 5 months old, we are desperatly trying to crate train him but to no avail. He will not pee in his crate he will however poop all over it and has no problem laying down in his own poo. I have tried not feeding him before bed, getting up in the night to take him out, everything. Any suggestions would be so very appreciated.

to crate training a dog really need extra patient, but don't give up!!you can do it

5 minutes after u feeding him,take your dog to the place you want to he pee or poop.if he goes to another place, take him back to the crate while you talk to him.maybe in the first time he will not understand, buat in the process of time he will understand what you mean.

don't forget to give him a approbation or a snack if he succeeded doing what you want
