Default Housebreaking my puppy

I got my puppy when he was 11 weeks old. He's now 4 months. I started potty training him with those potty training pads because I don't have a yard and because I got him so late his vaccinations came late, and I was worried about him getting sick. He was doing GREAT the whole time until about a week ago. He started missing, ripping them to shreds, etc. I decided to eliminate them altogether and go right to training him to go outside. I think he's doing pretty well. I get up when he wakes me between 6:30-7 AM. We go straight to his potty spot outside and he goes pee, then he gets breakfast, immediately after he eats, we go right back outside and he goes poop. Then he goes back in the crate till 10am. When I take him out of the crate, we go outside and he pees. Then we'll either go for a walk or play until his lunch at 12pm. Then its back outside, he goes to the bathroom, back inside to play till 1:30ish when I leave to work. He's in the crate until my mom comes to my apartment at about 6:30pm to feed him dinner and take him outside. I get home about 10:30 pm and he gets his last potty break outside and he sleeps at night in the crate. We've been on this schedule for a week tomorrow. He has never went potty in his crate. He has lifted his leg a couple times in my room (his crate is in my room, and its the only room he's allowed to play in until hes housetrained). Whenever he has an accident, if I catch him, I say NO! And take him directly outside to his spot. If I don't catch him doing it I'll just clean it up. Do you think I should change anything, or just keep up what I'm doing, and he will get the hang of not going inside eventually? His mom is a chihuahua and his dad was a Pekingese

It sounds like what you are doing is okay.

Just wanted to tell you that when you are cleaning where the dog has gone in the house---Make sure you get the urine smell out, but DO NOT use any cleaner that has or smells like ammonia as that is what urine smells like and the dog will think it is the place to pee again. Have to clean really well as dogs have a lot better 'smeller' than us humans.
