I used to think it was too early when my dog woke me up. Then when school started, I was so grateful for the 7:45- 8:45 wake up call.

Seigi just started doing that recently..He comes to my side of the bed crying as if to say"If you don't take me out now I'm going to burst!

Then we realized the truth....he wants his food! He knows he doesn't eat until he goes potty so he'll go outside, pee real quick and then he goes hauling butt over to his food bowl!

I think my dog is the same way. If she gets let out while i'm asleep, she'll still wake me up to feed her.

Default My kids wake up too early!

The dogs sleep, the kids get up before the dogs. If you have something that works on the dogs, i'll try it on my kids!!

I noticed my dog wakes up when it gets sunny out, like when it's very obvious it's day time. I woke up before the sun came up and she was still snoozing, but when it lit up, she jumped and licked my face. Maybe drapes would help?

My dog is such a bum. I usually have to wake her up (if she sleeps in my room...if she sleeps in the living room, she gets up earlier). Sometimes she just looks at me and goes back to sleep.

So lazy!

Default Up At 7 am every morning!

Our dogs get up every morning at 7am almost
to the dot. That is the time I used to have to
get up to get ready for work. They still stick
to that schedule. They go for their first pee,
then come in an snooze till 8am then they are
up for the day.

My dog sleeps as long as i sleep. She is definitely a dog that likes her sleep. Around 10:30pm shes starts asking to go to bed, she goes to the doorway leading to the bedroom and just stares at me. When i get up and do my usually bedtime routine she hops in my bed and just watches me do everything. Then i come to bed and go to sleep. She goes to her bed after an hour. Then around 6am she hopes back into our bed and stays there til i get up. On a week day thats 7 am. But on the weekend thats 9am. If im sick or something she is always ready to take naps with me. She is a dog that plays REALLY hard, and sleeps REALLY hard!
