Perhaps you are right, I hope so. Perhaps my response is coloured by experiences where people believe their right to hold on to a dog, no matter what, over rides the dog's right to a home where he or she will be loved. It is harder when someone loves the dog to balance what is best for the owner and what is best for the dog.

Outside of a dog a book is man's best friend. Inside a dog it's too dark to read!

Not a truer word said!

I think this guy is having problems as the dog is relishing its new yard but he is not relishing how quickly the mud comes in from the yard and is under pressure from his wife as originaly it was "his dog" He is taking the flack from her and the baby 2 year thing!! ( OMG how rediculous BTW!) is just an excuse from her and she knows he will not know things like that being a new dad n' all that...and it's hard being a new mum and keeping a house too.

Again Shelley is very close to the truth and understands best my position and what i am dealing with.
I think of my dog as my son and i try to take care of him the best way i can, this is the reason i was asking for help. He will be loved, warm and good taken care.
Rehoming my dog is really not an option... at least not in Romania.

Shelley succeeded to understand what i was asking and gave me some very, very good advices. Thanks again Shelley.
