You need to keep her outside until she does.Keep in mind that almost all puppies have to go potty after playing and excersizing so if you're playing with her and then bringing her straight inside instead of keeping her outside until she goes, she's going to go potty inside.

you have to praise her every time she goes outside and she will realize going to pooop outside is more beneficial to her.

I'd have to agree with the other responders. A dog will need time to relax a minute outside after exercise before it will do it's business. Then after it does you should give him/her praise.
Then, I would add trying to let your dog out every two/three hours just to go the bathroom. This should help form more of a routine.

This is my major problem. My dog barbie doesn't want to poop as we walk outside. She always want to poop inside the house.

I've had a couple of dogs that will not poop when they are on leash. They will wait until we are home, and if have to go, will run onto the front lawn to go. They won't even wait to go to the backyard.
I have always given my the dogs the "choice" to pee and poop on leash. Some just don't.
Stay with her outside until she goes.

I remember that so well from when Lara was a puppy. She was paper trained so, she'd run and play like crazy and the minute we came in, she'd run to her paper and "attend to business." What could I say? She thought the outside world was one huge carpet! I think what "turned the light on" for Lara was watching her big sister piddle and poop outside on the grass. I think she figured that if it was ok for Bailey, it was ok for her too!

I agree also with keeping them out till they go, and try a routine thats the same. I always tell mine potty, and repeat till they do go, then reward and go over board with praise. as they will see this as good behavior and pleasing you, and dogs love to please.

This is a waiting game for you and your pup. Just be outside with him and when he poops, praise him, make it an everyday ritual. It's not that bad especially if you want your house to be poop-free.
