As moderators we are required to enforce certain rules and standards that have been set for this forum. While we understand that not everyone will agree or like the rules or standards set for this forum it is still our job to enforce them.

We do not do this based on weather or not we like the particular member/s who may be breaking these rules but by the rules that are being broken.

We do our best to be fair to all members and to discuss it with them in a PM before taking action. If the member refuses to comply then at times our only recourse left may be to temporarily or permanently ban the offending member.We do not take pleasure in doing this and will make every effort to avoid doing so.

We do realize that this may cause members to feel insulted or get angry with us and that is not our intention as we are simply doing our job.

We would appreciate that if we have to contact you regarding an infraction of the rules that you don not lash out at us and treat us with the same respect we try to give all of our members.

We will not tolerate disrespect to those of us who are mods any more then we will disrespect to any of the members of this forum.

We want the forum to be a happy and friendly place where everone is comfortable asking their questions and posting their answers.

We would appreciate your understanding in this matter.
