Jonesboro (AP) - Jonesboro authorities are trying to figure out who drowned two dogs by tying them up, attaching them to a cinder block and then throwing them into a pond.

That is awful. I dont understand why someone would do this to a dog. This sounds like something out of a mobster movie. I cant believe that an individual would do this to an animal.
