Oh how heart breaking!! I understand that people sometimes become overwhelmed and want to help each stray dog they see or find, and then can not handle the burden..but they need to realize this and come to terms with it and find their beloved pets loving homes that can care for them It is so sad to hear or read about these things..I see it on Animal Precinct all the time...
Sometimes I am astounded that they even CONSIDER returning animals and pets to people who do not care for them to this extreme! How do you kill one of your pets? How can you justify leaving a deceased pet for the others to be around? Just horrible I hope she gets the help she needs so this never happens again.

Has anyone here had something similar happen in their hometown? Anyone have a "collector" busted?
