Lodi resident Dave Maxwell, along with his beagle Miss Cali, volunteer their time at rehabilitation clinics, convalescent homes and hospitals to bring a little happiness to patients through interactions with dogs.

I think things like this are so great! I've often wondered how they train their dogs to be so calm for the people in the hospital, when their running around meeting so many new people! My dogs are very lovey and sweet, but they would knock everyone over! That could not be conducive to the healing process heehee
Does anyone here take their dogs to hospitals or Senior centers so that they can help out?
