Default Rowland won't put cap on dogs (The Robesonian)
ROWLAND - The town Board of Commissioners voted Tuesday not to establish a limit on the number of dogs that residents can own. The commissioners agreed last month to look at its ordinance regulating dog ownership after receiving complaints about noise caused by some pets.
