Default i would like some advice please

hi my name is jackie and i share my house with 2 dogs and 5 cats annie is my oldest girl she is about 12-13 she had breathing difficulties on saturday she was under the vet as she has had a problem whezing for a couple of weeks, (when she gets excited) we got her to the vets abd she was in heart failure, they managed to stableise her and she had the usual test ect she came home last night she seemed fine apart from being a bit sleepy from the anastectic for her x rays, her heart looked fine on the x rays. well im came home from work tonight she has ben quiet all day but got excited on my return, and collasped again, hardly breathing and foaming at the mouth she also lost control of her bowels ect. she is back in hospital, the vet thinks she had a heart problem rather than a lung problem im wondering if any one lives with a dog with heart problems that cna give me some advise please

Hi,
I'm sorry about what you are going through with your dog's health.

Since she is getting her breathing issues with her health when she gets excited, is there any dog medication that she could take to keep her from having excitement?

What is her diagnosis and prognosis from the veterinarian's view?
