Hello I'm brand new at this, will need alot of help!

Please If any one can help me now I would appreicate it very much!
I have a 8 month old choc & rust male AKC min pin he's spoiled rotten, just found out that he has hereditary demodectic mange, I've called the breeder
she wasn't concerned. I'm tring to find his female litter mate owner to let
them that is serious problem for breeding down the road.

My vet has told me that Chip should be neutered as soon as the mange clears up, and my NO means that he should be bred.
The breeder refuses to give me that name of the owner of the litter mate, also I called AKC they couldn't give out the name because of privacy issuses.

The Black & tan female was born 5-9-06 in Campbellville KY and was taken to the Crossroads Animal Clinic.

If anyone has any ideals on how to find or contact this person, please let me know, I just want this back yard breeding stopped, and for all breeders be responsible, which most of the good ones are, and for someone like me NOT to buy a unknowing sick puppy.
