Hi. Just introducing myself. I'm new here. I rescue Keeshonden. We just lost one on Christmas. His brother is very sad, and so are we.

Hi, I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I've been there twice since 2000, and it hurts to the core. It actually took me at least 2 years for each one to begin to stop crying. I know I will see them again in Heaven. I now have two Bichons, one about 5, the other almost 3. Are you thinking of another companion before too long for the other dog? I know depression can set in pretty deeply for the one left behind. Let me know if you ever need someone to talk to.
