Hello. My name is Jessica. I have a 1 year old male basset hound, Duke, and recently adopted 3 basset puppies who are 5 weeks old this friday. Their names are Donut, Carmen, and Haley. I also have a 1 1/2 year old little boy, CJ who is learning the love of a companion. I love the basset breed because of the compatability between them and children.
Hi and welcome! I have only met one basset hound, and yes, he was a really wonderful dog. It is nice to know that, that is a breed trait, and not just the one dogs personality. It will be awesome to hear what you have to say about your breed!
