HI!
I m Nicole from Hamburg Germany.
I have a three years old german shephard-sibirian husky mix.
Often I go to dogplaces with her, she is a very obedient dog.
She likes to run and play with other dogs.
Once a week I go to Agility-Training with her, she likes that very much.
Are there any questions to me?
I will be happy to answer them!

Welcome to the forum. And as to questions, how is your dog doing in agility? I would like to start that this summer, but I still need to see the vet to make sure that my GSD can handle it. I would like to hear more.?!

Hey, thank you for the answer!
First I ve a question, perhaps its a bit stupid but my english is not the best...
what is a gsd?
is it a special breed?
my dog sandy is very good at the agility-training.
We started the training when she was 15 month old, so we do it almost two years now.
yes, its important that you go to a vet first sothat you know that your dog is really healthy.
then you can start with the training, it takes about three month training before you can run a real small parcours.
But its really fun to do that.
Sandy is more watching at me, and listening hat I say to her until we started he training.
When she jumps out of the car and sees that we are on dogsplace she is still very happy and barks.
How old is your dog?
Greetings!
Yours Nicci

Hi, a GSD, sorry, that is a German Shepherd Dog, he is turning 2 years, on March 16th. I had bad eye problems and could barely see for awhile, but now things are better, so better late then never!! I want to do it not for competition, but to give both of us something fun to do.
And don't worry about your english, you are doing great, and alot of us who speak it, can't even understand each other!LOL

Hi, I am from Limington, Maine of course in the USA.
I took a training course on-line when I got Rex as a young pup, and trained him myself, I did sign up for advanced classes in obedience to see if he would be good around other dogs. Most of the others in the class started to come to my house afterwards for what we called playdates, because they liked my way of teaching better than the instructor we went to. I understand how to begin training for agility, but because, I cannot afford to make a course, I will start looking for instructors in my general area. I still have time, we have alot of snow, and I have to make that Vet appointment.
He is jumping over things on command, nothing high because again, have to see the Vet, he can go thru a tunnel, but we haven't tried the collapsed tunnel yet. The weather put everything on hold.
I look forward to talking some more, and I hope that I can say soon, Hey Rex is doing Good!
