She would put them on a leash and walk them JUST on the property line every day for about 2 weeks. what i mean by that is.. outline your yard, on your walk.. lol it really does work (or at least it did for our dogs) if that doesnt work, the only thing i can think of is.. you would have to keep it inside or... have a real chain-link fence, or whatever... hope this helps.
