Hi every one i need help with my allotment neighbours' akita dog. He is driving me mad i have an allotment to have peace and quiet and to grow plants etc. However when my neighbours on his allotment all i get is barking all the time its driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The neighbour said its because he could hear me but not see me so i kept looking over the fence and talking to them both didnt work ive tried to make friends didnt work the guy says his dog doesnt bark at anybody else but me and that he is frightened of me. Im not guilty ive done nothing. Please could you give me advice. I cant even breathe on the allotment anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
