Hi---I just joined today and look forward to interacting about various issues related to dogs.
For starters, got a problem with ticks. Adopted a 4 yr old Brittany a month ago. She was loaded with ticks. Applied Frontline and it seemed to work getting them them off her in about 4 days Vacuumed the house daily to pick up any that came off her. 3 wks later ticks are reappearing on her, and on us. Wife had two crawling on her feet. What does anyone suggest for treating house ? We vacuum house daily but don't see ticks in the vacuum cleaner catch chamber (our unit has a clear chamber so you can see what it picks up). I think I need to treat the house and would like to DIY so any suggestions about products that are effective in treating the hosue are appreciated....greatly !!
