Default Help!!!

I am in need of some info. I have a five year old male malamute,non-neutered and a 4yr old female sheppard spayed. We have adopted a 6 month old male lab. He is not neutered yet. The problem I am having is that the malamute, who is the most laid back of dogs is being very aggressive towards the lab. We have had the lab for about 3 months. He won't let him eat, drink they have separate bowls. He has been fighting with him a lot lately. Does anyone have any ideas how to control this. The malamute is a limited ownership dog and can't cut him until we get permission to do so. We also might want puppies. Will neutering the lab help his aggression any?? Any info would be of help?
