My name is Rosebud, here is my story.
Me and My brother Thorn, were born in Spring of this year.
We are Black Lab's. We learned the hard way what life on the street really meant.. See we were happy in our old home...
Playing with the kids, and having a good old time.
Till one day something called School started, not sure what that was..
But anyway, we lived in our old home until this thing called school started and the kids, were gone for most of the day. Well yesterday, our owner took us for a ride in the Truck, that was scary at first, but we calmed down after awhile. Well then he stopped the Truck, by this house. And put us down on the ground, and started to leave. Well Thorn went to go after him and was hit by the Truck... And he died in front of me.. I miss Thorn...
But Today I was saved..See a nice lady in a truck, was driving down the road, and I stuck my head up out of the ditch, and she saw me..
She backed up, and pulled over, and called me to come out.. I was hiding from this strange person in the old Fox hole I found. Anyway, she scooped me up after looking to make sure that I was the only one around.
She took me home and cleaned me up, and she has since found my old owners, who told her they were better off DEAD..
So I know have a new owner, who was nice enough to keep my name..
Rosebud, that way there is no way to confuse me.
I had a bunch of Ticks,on me, and my Toenails were so long, they hurt me to walk.. I am doing much better now that I am @ her home..
But I still miss Thorn... But as time goes by I am sure I will forget about Thorn.. I already Love my new place, even if my new owners, cats dont like me. Well at least one of them doesn't like me..

I learned that my new owner has another dog, His name is Bandit, he is older then me and doesn't live here, but is staying with Family...
I will be able to meet Bandit soon..
