Hi Jo Ann and Rose, Welcome to this group of dog lovers. I am fairly new as well. So far it and has been a very good place to find answers to a lot of issues that has happened to others and that I may be able to use myself. I don't have a dog right now. Ours died three years ago and am now thinking of getting a puppy in the spring. I live in northern Michigan, so I would rather not have a new pup going into winter. I have been doing a lot of reading and am getting very excited about the whole process. I have an opportunity to get a Silky Terrier, if it all works out.

To post pics, signup with a image hosting site, such as Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket it is free..when you upload your pics there, just copy and paste the link that shows http:// come here and go into where you want to post the pic...and click on the mountain looking image at the top of where you are typing....it will bring up a box with http:// in it...delete that out and paste in the code that you copied from photobucket. Sounds complicated, but really easy once you get the hang of it.
