Hi, I am new on here, I have 3 dogs in my family, Two Mini Poodles Mommie and her Son, and I also have a pequenese/chi mixed who is about 13 years old. Anyhoo, I came across to small dogs yesterday about a 1/4 mile down the road from my house on a busy backroad, I tried to see if they had tags, but unfortunately not, I could not catch them until I was heading back through and I decided I could not leave them to be hit by a car, One is Male ,Tan, and his ribs were showing, he even laid down on the ground and closed his eyes he was exhausted, and the other evidently his girl, Black and Pregnant. I thought she'd already given birth because she was thin. Well, I finally got them to my van and I got her and he followed. They were so scared. I felt sorry for them. I got them home and now they are safe. They are ok, She is happy fed and preggers to the max, and he is happy. He is rambuncious. They have not barked at all, I think they are happy to be in out of the rain and fed. I do not know where they came from, no collars, or tags. I think someone dumped them! Well, I am keeping an eye on them and I cannot keep them, I will look over them til I figure out what else to do. I am not just giving them to anyone, I put up signs and whoever calls better know details. !!! I lost my black poodle almost 2 years ago, she was hit by a car while I was away. My parents had her and she got away. So I am not letting these get hurt! I would rather watch over them and let her have her puppies where she trusts someone and then later find everyone a nice home, I do not want to seperate the boy and girl as they have been through Hell and back together obviously!
