 new member with dog question
HELLO, I am a new member. i have a 14 yr old spoiled rotten shihtzu called tuffyjo. he is in really good shape for being 14 , well his bd is sept 18th . he has old age warts here and there, doesnt hear quite as well and sees ok but not the greatest. so sad when they age. i am waiting to get another dog, a shihtzu-long haired chihuahua mix. this time a girl. she wont be ready to get her until 2nd week of oct. i think she should stay small, her mom is only 7-8 lbs and dad is 3-4 lbs. i am so excited. i know tuffy will do fine with her, . my fatherinlaw visits us many times a week with his 3 lb yorkie. i have 3 large grand dogs that visit now and then. so i would like to hear from other dog lovers. i also have a 10 yr old african grey called stormy, he mimics all the different dog barks. so funny. and has a huge vocabulary. tell tuffy to stop licking his paws and tells him to hurry up the stairs from outside. thanks judi, stormy, tuffyjo, and new puppy soon |
