Hey all! Another dog lover here! I am a girl of fourteen and I own a dog myself. Female. She turned a year old on the 1st September. She is a maltese poodle crossed with a foxterrier. I got her from the SPCA and she is fixed. I love her soo much! I payed R300.00 for her and I say, she is worth EVERY cent! She is sooo playful and sweet. Oh yes, and most important: Her name is Nikita. Here is a picture.

Oh and did I mention? Nikita is this big (small ): 56cm long from the tip of her nose to the tip of her tail, 23cm high from her feet to her back and 32cm high from her feet to her head. She has long curly hair, the poodle side, and huge ears and black markings, foxterrier side.

She was dewormed three times after I just got her, and normally, now she is dewormed like an adult dog is dewormed. What the vet gave as dewormer: Milbemax.

She got all her vaccinations, except one she missed due to a misunderstanding on her sertificate, the vet mixed up the date , is is possible that she can still go for the last vaccination she missed? Her first vaccination was on 9 October 2006 and the second one was on 1 December 2006.

She was sterilised on 13 March 2007, at six months of age. As pain medication, after the operation, she had to be given half a tablet of Rimadyl carprofen every night, for 4 days.
