My Miniature Pinscher did the same. He is 1 and very good with house training. I been searching online at different websites and they all say the best thing to do is to go to the vet. As we all know, it could be anything from infections, neurological, or something lacking in the body. I really hope for both our sakes and anyone else who's dog is having the same problem, that it isn't a neurological problem. Sooner you get it checked, the better. It might be an easy fix with some antibiotics and that's it. As long as you don't prolong for too long.
I am going to be taking my not so little one to the vet. Just wondering, did your dog exceed his normal length and height or was neutered before 6 months? The vet had me neuter mine at 5.5months. They didn't want me to wait the extra 2 weeks because they felt like it will be better to charge me to remove one of his puppy canines that he still had 2 months left to loose. It would had been 2 canines, but one fell out while we were playing tug.
Anyways, take your not so little one to a trusted vet as soon as you are able to.
