samsam

I have a samoyed. Sami will be 11 years old Decmeber 2007. She was diagnosed about a year and a half ago with diabetes. We are all of a sudden having a terrible time getting her to eat her dog food and people food. We have switched dog food. We have also tried her favorite people food. It is a real chore to get her to eat at 12 hour intervals so that we can administer her insulin. Has anyone else had this problem with their diabetic dogs and if so what did you do? I am so preoccupied with this I wake up thinking about it and wonder all day at work If I will be able to get her to eat when I go home.
