Cool Hello from Australia

Hello everyone from Australia Thought I might join your great little forum here and introduce my monsters. The little one is Lady. Shes mostly Beagle with a touch of Fox Hound. Shes only 12 months old so shes a tornado on 4 legs with endless energy

The big boy is Chopper. Hes a mix too. Hes got greyhound in him (very slender tummy and long legs, kinda goofy) and I was told boxer... but looks more like staffy to me with the snout and brindle coat. Hes 2 years old now and just the most beautiful friendly big boofhead going around. Terrified of harmonicas though!!??!!??

I rescued both these guys, one from a shelter and one before she got dumped at a shelter. Love them to pieces. The missus and I are thinking about getting another one......... wait and see

You would be hard pressed to find any prettier, plenty to do and explore in sleepy old tas, some of the prettiest beaches I have ever seen too. Many of wich you can wander for a day without seeing another sole.

Get anther? Dog I am assuming? Only you and your partner could really decide that for yourselves. JMO I would personally not have more than 2 myself.

yeah I know.... I know all the reasons not to get another one too but they're just so cute

I think Tassie is a bit of a hidden treasure actually. Any inside tips on nice places to go Looking for forest/ beach with accommodation. PM if you know anywhere, this is probably an inappropriate place to chat away

lots of places you can go, i personally am particuarly fond of the NE, E and SE coast line, from mt william national park to the freycenet(sp?). Very very pretty, there are many coastal towns along the way that provide accomodation from on site vans to luxuary resorts.

Tas is quite good for a driving holiday,(you can pretty much drive from one end of tas to the other in about 4 hours) bring your own car on the spirit into devonport work your way down the east coast to hobart and port authur, and then work you way back up through either central tas, exploring towns and the central plateu, or up the west coast wich is a pretty but very rugged coast line (i prefer the long sandy beaches myself)
