Hello All,

My name is Shalva and I have a dog habit.

we have seven retrievers. four flat coats and 3 goldens that we show and occasionally breed. We compete in obedience, field, conformation, and may be headed back to agility although thus far I have discovered that generally I am not agile enough for agility but with Shalva and Meir I might be willing to give it a shot again.....

I am a University Professor and I make stained glass on the side. I am in the process of finishing up a PhD and I am researching what is known as the rural urban interface.... or where the city meets the country..... that place where the city is expanding into farmland and creating issues for all involved.

I also have worked in disability rights for most of my life and have conducted research in that arena as well......I do stained glass to support my dog habit.

We had two litters this past summer so we currently have an 8 mos old FCR pup and a 5 mos. old golden pup. Meir the flat coat is entered in his first show in January.... but he is a big geek so we don't expect much..... Other than the two puppies Meir and Emmett all of the other dogs have their Show Championship..... two have obedience titles and two are ready to get obedience titles and one is ready to get a hunt title. We don't show or compete when we have puppies on the ground so we had to put things off for a while.

I feed a raw diet and have for over seven years......

Hi Shalva, welcome to you and all your babies. They are beautiful and I can tell you are proud of them. I have 1 doggie, a pomchi who is 9 months old. He is called Peewee. I live in London near where the 2012 olympics will be held. I had a yorkie ( Joey ) who was over 16 when he died in September last year.I owned hes mum and dad so he was born in my kitchen. I still miss him so much. Anyway I hope to speak to you again soon. ----Aggy

I really love your dogs!! They are soo pretty! I really wanted a golden but i had to get one that didnt shed! Love your dogs very much!
