I have an austrailian shepherd/cattle dog mix. She's 4 months old and I'm really nuts about her. I've never had a herding pup so it's been a real challenge teaching her the basics but she's really smart and learns quickly. She's very loving and sweet. She resembles the cattle dog in body shape I think and coat length but her colors and face and disposition are like her shepherd mama. I'll post a picture when I figure out how to get a url for it. I'm happy to be here as I have a lot of training and care questions. My other dogs lived to ripe old ages so it's been a while since I've had a pup.
