Owners, Breeders and Dogs Against Breed Discrimination

I am the webmaster and fund raising coordinator. But, I am very busy. I will post events and info from time to time on message boards. But, I would appreciate help from anyone who can offer it.

Here is some info about how to help out:
I am writing this hoping that if you aren't already involved with our cause at Owners, Breeders and Dogs Against Breed Discrimination or if you are somewhat but don't know what more you can do to help this will get the ball rolling for you.

Donated Merchandise:
We are actively looking for items for raffle which would be of interest to apbt owners at dog shows/weight pulls. items like collars, leashes, harnesses, tug toys, dog food, etc will be much appreciated! If you have a bulldog supply company you would be much appreciated to make a small donation. If you don't simply writing or talking to companies in your area would be a huge help.

Keep in mind: All donors will be honored on our "honored donors" page, unless they ask not to be. All donor companies will be advertised on our index and home pages for a minimum of 1 year for merchandise donated towards raffles. Any larger donations (like multiple raffle items) will be up for longer.

Also keep in mind: The more items that are donated, the more money we can raise. Once we raise enough money we will launch our advertising/awareness campaign throughout the country. This will not only bring education to the masses about BSL, but will also bring us more donations and visitors to our website, who may in turn go to your website from a link/banner displayed there.

Helping Out At A Show:
We are always happy to have more show helpers. This entails my sending you shirts and raffle items to sell/raffle off at ADBA, AADR, SDR, UKC (or whatever large dog events you think you can do) and your setting up and getting permission to sell/raffle items for the group. Any expenses incurred by you will be reimbursed from earnings and the rest will be sent to me for use in our future campaigns.

Supporting Current Events:
We can use your support of events already scheduled. If you see us at a show, please stop in and buy a shirt or raffle ticket. Or simply donate a few dollars. Every bit helps and walking on by will not help us spread the word and get the bulldog community the support of the masses!

Handing Out Fliers/pamphlets:
If you haven't already received fliers and pamphlets from me to print and distribute in your town, please do. We have people distributing fliers in several states thus far and the more the merrier! You can ask local feed stores to post fliers and pet stores as well. You can put them on street corners or at grocery stores, on bulletin boards. Or you can, if you choose, stand outside and hand them out. Whatever method you choose will get the attention of at least one person, and every person who supports the cause is better for all of us!

We have already had generous donations from several individuals and companies. All of these have gone to either raffle items, shirt production or some minor advertising thus far. We plan to continue this!
