Hey all! My name is Jordan and I joined this forum to help add to my general knowledge and to meet other dog lovers like myself. I am a dog bather for a local groomer. Though it doesn't pay much, I love my job and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
I own a Belgian Malinois named Moose (age 6) and a Shepherd/Pit Mix named Shelby (age 12). Moose is my shadow and constant companion. Shelby would rather spend her day sleeping in the bathtub or the dryer. Yes... the dryer.
HaHa. I know, shes an odd one. I have had her since I was 10 and the quirks are part of her charm.
They are both pound puppies. Moose was taken from his old home. He had a broken leg and foot and suffered from a very bad temper. 3 years in my home have lightened him up. You would never know that he was previously abused. Shelby was found as a puppy, tied by her tail and back legs (along with her brothers and sisters) to a fire hydrant by a chain. She walks a little funny now but as I said, her quirks are her charms!
