Hi everyone!

Just signed up and here I am.
To introduce myself in short: I'm european now living and working in Shanghai, China.

Recently we (me and my girlfriend) bought a about 4 months old bichon for her. I personally prefer cats a lot more than dogs because they're cleaner but she's happy with it, so...

Rest to teach it to do its natural needs where they should be...and it's not for tomorrow

Anyway, looking forward to get to know the community here.

Good luck with your Dog.I would take a Dog anyday over a cat.
I also have to think a dog is cleaner.I have seen cats jump onto pepoles kitchen counters/ugh!

Welcome! I understand that there are cat people and dog people, but you will probably find the majority of us here are dog people. Congrats on your new dog and welcome to the "dark side"! (ha ha, just kidding) Anyway, glad to hear from you and hope you are enjoying your new "little one".

Lol, I don't have a cat, I love 'em but my girlfriend is scared of 'em :roll: so we bought her a dog (which is her mother's too now) and that's why I'm here. Read my introduction again, hehe :-)

The earthquake yes, that's terrible. Fortunately it happened quite far from Shanghai. I donated a bit of money to support those poor people other there. Yesterday they found someone alive after more than a week. Thumbs up!

Yeah... i agree with the other poster... there are people who prefer cats over dogs and vice versa... but we should try our best to be a good pet handler to our pets... oh... before i forgot... welcome to the site... hope you can post some pics of your new pet ^_^
