just thought i'd drop in and see how this forum looks....was reading on one topic b/4 signing on and was glad to see some comments about "a breeder has to start somewhere and it's best that they are asking ?'s now rather than later" ....

anyway, my clan consists of (right now) 6 Border Collies....we have Tipper, my 11 yr old male; Lacey, my 9 yr old female (both s/n, half bro/sis, both w/ HD); Tir Ceo, 4 yr old female, Saoirse, 2 yr old HS rescue/s; Titch and Meghan, Tir's 7 mo old pups....

my old girl, Tir, Saoirse and soon Titch are/will be goose dogs.....i also intend to get Titch into herding just as soon as i can find someone (local) that knows Borders to help w/ his training....

so, hope to be a welcome member here...i know my views differ greatly from alot of folks that i have run across ("you don't show?...then why are you breeding?".... they're working dogs, not show dogs).....
