we are new here, and are wondering if anyone can help us?

i am a 9 month old rescued chocolate lab, who loves my new home, and i think i am doing quite well. i come (most of the time lol) sit, and an learning to walk on a leash, not bad for 3 weeks in a new home. my previous owners were elderly, and kept me in the house a lot, so i am housebroken and am well past the chewing stage, and i now get to play on 10 acres of country land.

now to the question at hand, the lady who rescued (actually i was given to a lady who runs a lab rescue center) is very hesitant to give my master any info, on my past masters. and my present master, would like to find out more about me. i have a tatoo in my ear 17xgv, and i am what they call a field lab, i am the type of lab that looks like a wiermeraner, and not like the blockier show labs.

i think i was born around sept. 25th in the agassiz area of british columbia canada, and i had a rabies tag, but somehow lost it, so my master can't use that
