Hi,

I am in Vermont and own and raise Rat Terrier dogs. I also help fundraisers for rescue on occasion and help out at a no-kill shelter in my area.

I recently had some health problems with one of my dogs, and this forum came up in a google search. The topic helped me to give accurate info to my vet and he suggested I come in. The dog is doing much better now due to swift action. Anyway, I wanted to thank this forum and could only do so by joining. Now that dogs are all doing well I hope to have time to pop in and participate.


I'm sure my first stop will be the breeders and then health topics. Thanks so much for the forum

Top pic is my perfect, does no wrong Rat Terrier Radar...he's 9.5# mini. He was my first of the breed and gave me the desire to become a guardian, steward and protector of the breed....gotta love him for that!



This is my 3 yr old daughter walking one of our bigger 15" and 18# Rat Terriers. people always snicker at me when I tell them that these Terriers and kids are a good match. Seeing is believing!



Honey, she's a sweetie. She's 1 yr old and is a darling. Every visitor's favorite!
