Hello. I too am new to this form, which I stumbled across. I live in Thompson, Manitoba, Canada with my Huskey Cross Nanook. He is a stray I took in about 7 year ago when he was probably six months old or so.

Nanook has had trouble adjusting the last 8-9 months since my ex and I seperated. He was an abandoned puppy so I have been working with him and a trainer briefly to see what can be done. We are slowly getting into a routine. I hope to find a good way to secure his outdoor kennel floor - he loves to dig! Any and all suggestions welcome as Winter is fast approching.

Nanook has also "lost" his playdate partner recently as my girlfriend has moved away with her huskey...

We do not have any dog parks here yet - although that is also something I wish to try and get going with the city. Any advice here is also welcome.
