Congratulations on your new mother hood.......if you get the chance would love to see pics of your new fur baby

I would suggest a bit of research on both breeds, just so you know a little of what you may be expecting.

Both breeds are capble of being outstanding companions, and if you start of right you are probably destined to end up with a wonderful member of your family.

I would encourage you to get out there with him a bit, and get some really good socialisation happening, with humans of all sizes and other dogs. Keep it positive keep it fun.

Both breeds need some pretty strong, yet fair leadership, if you are a first time dog owner or not very experienced, finding a good training school can be a good start for you both. Create yourself a support network to work with you just incase you need some help/ advice along the way.

There is way to much information on caring for a puppy.
Try reading on the internet, or get a book. There is WAY more than I can list here. The right food, the right toys, basic obedience, basic behavior training, socialization, digging, barking, jumping, exercise, vet care... There is a whole world of information to know about each of these things to ensure you have a stable, well-behaved and healthy puppy.
