Default Beagle or Spaniel?

Hello my friends! I am from Greece....i want a new puppy that i wanted since i was small....well i know how to act with an animal and so (training etc) but that is for parrots as i had much species of them,...anyway i think of buy a Beagle or a Spaniel (i know they are the best on training, small at size, and understanding but since now people tell me to take a spaniel)....i live in a flat building so i don't want it to shout a lot...as i was told training not to pee inside etc will be a matter of time.....also how can i train it to sleep on a certain place? (can this be in my room?).......thanks u all! i look forward hearing suggestions for my little friend

Welcome mate and good luck on your search for the kind of dog you're about to be a companion. You can start with crate training...

Well as much as I love beagles, they are hounds so they do have a very loud annoying bark that you will hear a lot. They also will need lots of exercise and training, but I think you have the under control.
I have some suggestions for sleeping but I need to know if you pup would be sleeping in a crate or a bed mat or what ever else.

Cool Hello!

Whatever you choose to have, but if you are going to get a Spainel just for a tip, the mixes are a little hard to train. Good luck getting a dog!!

Default Hey....

Hey... I am lucky to say that my dog Davis-Watson is 1/2 Beagle and 1/2 Cocker Spaniel. Best of both worlds and very much is and was a delight from puppyhood to now (2 years on). Spaniels are reknown for being stubborn and the Beagle, well you just have to be aware of when and where you can have him off the lead. Tune in with your dog and he will do the same with you.

dogs look at you with their eyes, but will see you with their hearts. Enjoy.
