As you notice, my baby has a quite an underbite (I like to call it his toothy smile) - and he loves running "marathons" up and down our long hallway, but sometimes can't stop in time and runs into a wall or doorway. I worry that he might knock out his lower front teeth! but so far he is doing good - I clean those teeth every other day since his chewing and eating kibbles can't clean those underbites =)
