Exclamation Police allowed to shoot stray dogs on sight!!
I cant believe it ....I mean sometimes accidents happen....if they are not being aggresive why shoot themm!!! This is a real law in Wa. State

Im finding out more and more that laws in general STINK- not only for dogs but people who are attacked by dogs. Ill add that state to the list not to move too
