Hello. My family has a new puppy that we adopted from our local animal shelter. She is a black lab/blue heeler mix. We gave her a birthday of December 5, 2008, becuase they did not know when she was born. They thought she was probably 8 weeks old when we got her, so we counted back from there. that would make her "10 weeks" now.

The vet thinks she might take after the blue heeler more, because she has a very lacy black and white coloring, with a black head and a few large black spots on her back. But from the pictures I have seen of each breed, I find that she has the body type of a lab. We will see.
