Default please help

I have 2 dogs that were housetrained. My father passed away and I took in his 2 dogs also. Understandably they all 4 decided to mark their territory. The 3 dogs have stopped this and it's only the 4th dog that insists on continuing this. He is peeing on the other dogs. He eats their poop, drinks their urine. He will not leave them alone when we are outside. He waits for them to start going so that he can pee on them. He is the only one that keeps going in the house also. He plays and gets along well with the other dogs. I don't understand why he does this. Any ideas or has anyone seen another dog with this behavior?

Your "pee-er" is demonstrating his top dog position with all of the behavior you have described. You need to be the top dog, but you may not get him to stop marking his territory in your home. You may want to let them out at different times, but this really won't correct the behavior.Crating him while in the house can help, but I'm not sure how to stop all of this other behavior.
I have had little luck in retraining a dog who shows this much territorial behavior.
Hopefully someone else will have some good suggestions. I would sure like to know too!
