| | Guest | New puppy, need help figuring out breed!
possible pyrenees mix, with golden retriever... any ideas? she has very large paws and a skinny curly tail and the sort of beagle "M" shape on her forehead. her body style reminds me of a very skinny lion, she is steadily gaining weight, 20 pounds at about 2-3 months old, but can still see her hips and ribs poking out. The shelter told us she was pyrenees, but vet said possible shepard retriever mix?

Hi again! I just replied to your other post, which had 2 pictures - now in viewing the other photos here, I do think I see Golden retriever in there, as well as something else - Shepard or maybe Bernese mountain dog?? As I said in the other post, perhaps you'll see more as she gets older...

a large breed puppy kibble of some sorts mixed with a bit of wet food of the same brand. not sure what it is really, my boyfriend feeds her and gives her her medicine. and yes she is a bit thin, we adopted her from the humane society a week ago and she is thought to be born a stray, they found her on a gas rig somewhere around here.

I'm not much good at guessing breeds but I can certainly tell you that she is one beautiful pup!

i looked at several dog mixes on google and think she is possible a golden retriever x collie (like lassie, not a border collie) if you look at this picture i found, i think you will see that they are almost identical except for the other dogs ears stand more like a collie's http://cdn-www.dailypuppy.com/media/...1.jpg_w450.jpg | |

Very Cute puppy, I really like her, please tell us when it grows up and brings us some nice puppies, you should place them on ebay.
Accordng to the breed, as many stated I see a golden retriever however I can't determine what else.
Take care of it | |

sorry, but as she was adopted from the humane society it is mandatory by their rules that we have her spayed... as with most texas shelters. i believe it is law in texas in all shelters that they mandate spaying and neutering all adoptees, as to prevent the pet overpopulation
